All Extensions Services

STEP ONE

If your booking excludes washing, blowdrying & detangling, please ensure that your hair is freshly washed, blow-dried straight with straight roots using minimal product & is fully detangled on arrival.

Fully detangled means:

🪮With the exception of extensions removal services, please ensure that all styles including any protective styles (braids, twists & cornrows) & accessories (extensions, threads) has been completely removed.

🪮The hair has been combed or brushed out from the ends to the roots. Hence the hair can be freely parted.

🪮The hair is completely free of tangles, curl clumps & style clumps from protective styles.

STEP TWO

Where applicable, please also ensure all existing extensions are removed and the hair completely dry & free of all glues & waxes.

BYO EXTENSIONS

For the best styling outcome & hygiene reasons, please ensure that, all used BYO extensions are freshly washed, free of any adhesives or threads, fully *dry & detangled from roots to tips.

For hygiene and best practice, soiled extensions will not be installed and in such instances, the appointment will be cancelled where ac cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service fee will apply.

*Due to time constraints, wet or damp extensions will be applied as is, without blowdrying & heat-styling.
