General

  • We are located at 365 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe, NSW, 2037 by appointment only.

  • To enable us to provide the best customised healthy hair plan that adequately meets your needs, consultations are offered in-salon only. This gives us the opportunity to accurately assess your hair.

  • Only the current listed services on the booking page are bookable.. We update our services regularly, please join our mailing list to stay upto date on new services.

    Unfortunately, custom services (services which are currently not listed) can not be requested.

    KINDLY NOTE: all locing (dreadlocs, sister locs & faux locs), crochet braids, quick weaves, “DIY” services such as sectioning for DIY braids, will not be offered.

  • Realtime availability is provided on the booking page. If your desired time slot appears greyed out, this means, it’s booked out. Next steps is to, select the next availability that suits you.

    KINDLY NOTE, making contact to confirm if a booked slot is available, does not change its availability.

  • Our salon operates on a by appointment only basis. However, we are currently accepting new clients. Please click here to book.

  • Absolutely! We have a number of dedicated services for kids through a gentle and pain-free approach using products specifically formulated for growing scalps. Our stylists also hold NSW working with children checks.

  • A Premier Hair Trim involves the removal of dead/split ends only. A haircut involves the cutting and shaping of the hair into a particular hairstyle. Please add a cutting service to the booking if you are seeking a styled cut rather than a trim.

  • Due to the tendency of hair to weaken with time, it is recommended to regularly trim your hair once every 3 months to help keep split ends caused from styling & environmental factors at bay.

  • While new services are added from time to time, unfortunately, these services will not become available.

  • Our normal trading hours ends at 5pm. Hence a 20% surcharge applies for after hours bookings.

    After hours bookings include services which start from 5pm and those that, start before 5pm but extend past 5.15pm.

  • Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on Glebe Point Rd & adjacent streets. Please factor in additional arrival time to find appropriate parking to suit the duration of your appointment.

    Due to time constraints, we are unable to pause appointments to move your vehicle.

Keratin Smoothing Treatment

  • Premier Keratin Smoothing is a luxury keratin treatment that eliminates frizz, enhances curls and coils, and improves styling time and versatility (manageability) for up to 3–4 months with proper care.

    Formaldehyde-free and gentle on the hair, it offers a premium smoothing experience without harsh chemicals.

    As textured hair specialists, we tailor every keratin service with expert care to ensure optimal results that respect and preserve the integrity of your natural hair.

  • This treatment is specially designed for clients who struggle with tangles and knots and are seeking enhanced styling versatility or manageability of their natural hair texture.

    The Premier Keratin Smoothing smoothes to remove frizz, allowing for shorter wash days and simpler styling.

    This treatment is suitable for all hair textures and densities, with medium to extra‑thick hair experiencing the most noticeable benefits.

  • Yes. The use of an innovative keratin smoothing treatment means that there is no downtime afterwards allowing for the hair to be washed & styled straightaway.

    However, as the Premier Keratin Smoothing service includes a silk press, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks to get the most out of the style.

  • For long lasting and healthy results, we recommend the use of salon-quality sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. These can be purchased in salon.

    We also recommend up-keeping your regular healthy haircare routine to nourish and maintain overall hair health.

  • No, contrary to popular belief, keratin smoothing does not permanently straighten the hair; instead, it softens and refines the texture, making styling easier while preserving the hair’s natural pattern. Overtime, the hair reverts back to its original hair texture?

    However, the hair may become straight with excessive heat styling post the service. Hence, we recommend the minimum use of heat and the use of heat protectant when heat styling.

    • Due to the fumes released during the activation of the keratin treatment, this service is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

    • This treatment is also not recommended for clients with weak including brittle and hair that is prone to breakage and/or damaged hair. To ensure suitability, a consultation is required for new clients and existing clients who have not had a service at our salon in 6+ months, seeking to book a Premier keratin smoothing treatment

    • We recommend waiting 2 weeks after colouring or chemically processing your hair to undergo a Premier Keratin Smoothing Treatment. This allows the colour to set in the hair, minimising breakage.

Silk Press

  • A PREMIER HAIR silk press is a temporary silkening straightening which does not damage the natural curl pattern. The process uses silkening products along with a hair a heat-variable hair straightener and is free from chemicals.

    A PREMIER HAIR silk press can be done on both chemically treated hair such as texturised, keratin treated, nanoplastic, relaxed hair and natural hair.

  • A PREMIER HAIR silk press can last up to 3 weeks depending on how well the hair is maintained, your lifestyle and when the hair is washed. During your appointment, we will demonstrate how to best look after and prolong your silk press.

  • Yes, as silk presses do not permanently alter the hair, silk presses can be done on both natural and chemically straightened (relaxed, texturised or keratin treated) hair. You do not have to wait between services to silk press.

  • If your goal is to heat style your hair as little as possible, it is recommended to silk press once every 12 weeks.

  • While a PREMIER HAIR silk press can be achieved on all textured (curly, wavy & coily) hair types, it is vital for your hair to be in fair - good condition for lasting results. As such, a silk press is not recommended on currently extremely dry and brittle hair and we instead booking a consultation to enable us to accurately assess your hair and device a customised healthy hair plan to enable you to aim for a silk press.

Braids

  • To ensure the longevity of your braid styles, the hair must be at least 4 inches long.

  • Cornrows can last up to 3 weeks while box and knotless braids can last up to 8 weeks.

    How long a style is dependant on your lifestyle, how well the hair is maintained and haircare routine.

    During your appointment, we will demonstrate how to best look after and prolong the braids.

  • Absolutely. However, please note, the service will still be considered as an extension install. Hence, only a hair extension fee will be deducted from the service.

  • Absolutely. However, due to the high tension of cornrows. it is not recommended to get cornrows with extensions on small children as it may cause discomfort and permanently alter the hair line.
