The correct hair length selection is essential to ensure, enough time is allocated to each service for optimal results.
Where applicable, please select the service which matches the longest sections) of your current hair length (when the hair is fully stretched/straight). Please see the below hair length guide for clarification.
HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR CURLY HAIR'S TRUE LENGTH
If unsure of your curly hair's true length, please gently stretch out hair from the longest section (s) against the body until the hair is fully straight & match its length to the below hair length guide:

SHORT HAIR = Up to Chin length when the hair is fully stretched (straight)
MEDIUM HAIR = Chin to Shoulder length hair when the hair is fully stretched (straight)
LONG HAIR = Shoulder to Mid back length when the hair is fully stretched (straight)
EXTRA LONG HAIR = Mid back to Lower back length
IMPORTANT
To limit disruptions to other clients, where a shorter length service has been booked, the booking will be cancelled & a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service fee will be charged on arrival.
